We stopped by Tittle Brothers Construction in Canton for a Google Business View Tour. Tittle Brothers Construction works on just about every part of a house you can imagine! From roofing and siding to chimneys and insulation, they have you covered. GBV tours are a great way to appear higher in search results on Google and more of your company’s information will be displayed on the results page if you have a tour. It’s also a useful tool for showing customers where you’re located and what to expect when they get there. Check out the tour below!
We joined Union Partners at Comerica Park for the Tigers’ last home game of the season to capture their employee picnic. It was a blast shooting this event! Union Partners is an investment company that creates relationships with its partners who work in the metals and logistics industry. This event brought together their partners from the different companies for a day dedicated just to them – an employee celebration! Employees brought their families, there was a buffet of yummy food, face painting, and they enjoyed watching some baseball. It was a great time for everyone! Here are some highlights from the day.
They had hats and other goodies made with company logos.

Design:retail held a forum in Detroit on September 12-14 for those who work in the retail design industry. We shot two full days of the event in Detroit, where the forum was held at The Westin Book Cadillac Detroit. It was a three day event that lasted two full days and another half a day. Attendees were transported to a few different locations for dinners or special events, like Detroit Motor City, College of Creative Studies, and the Detroit Institute of Arts. The second night they hold a Portfolio Award ceremony for notable people in the industry to be recognized for their work. Some of the speakers during the weekend event included the CEO of Shinola, Tom Lewand; eBay’s Head of Impact & Giving, Chris Librie; the Midwest Design Coordinator of Whole Foods Market, Christine Sturch; and design:retail’s very own Editor-in-Chief/Associate Publisher, Alison Embrey Medina. This is a paid event that occurs once each year at a different locations throughout the country and brings together the cream of the crop in the design retail industry. It’s a great setting for those who want to learn about the latest trends, take advice from those who lead the industry, and build relationships. We took so many shots, but here are a few to highlight the amazing weekend event.

We stopped by Greystone HarborChase in Sterling Heights for a photography session. HarborChase is a senior living and memory care facility and they have multiple locations around the United States. There are various cottages around the grounds, each with it’s own set of rooms for residents, common rooms, dining rooms, and patio space. Take a tour with us!

Recently, Eileen Harryvan hopped into the studio for a headshot photography shoot with us! Eileen works for Active Regeneration, as an independent BEMER distributor. Eileen came to the shoot prepared with different outfits to try out. This is always a good idea, as it gives you more looks to choose from. As you can see below, she simply threw on a blazer and it changed her look dramatically, giving her strong, respectable, and professional presence. The outfit really does matter in your headshot!
Every first Thursday of the month Compass hosts a luncheon for Christians who work in the business industry to come together in Southeast Michigan. It’s a wonderful networking event that offers a place for people to connect and listen to powerful speakers. In the past, Chuck Gaidica spoke at a luncheon.
The last luncheon took place on Thursday, September 6th, and we were there to capture some shots from the event. Phil Bahr, president of the Ashes to Glory Foundation, was introduced as speaker by his son, Scott Bahr. Ashes to Glory is a non-profit organization that gives financial assistance to those who are seeking help for their addiction and would like to try professional Christian therapy. Phil and his wife, Dawn, founded the Ashes to Glory Foundation after rescuing their son from addiction. From this journey, they thought of the idea for Ashes to Glory and have been helping those who struggle with addiction to become clean again.
The scholarships given from Ashes to Glory assist individuals and families in therapy, residential stay for a minimum of 90 days, extended care programs for after release, and individual and family counseling to help rebuild homes that have been broken by addiction.
Next month’s Compass luncheon will be on Thursday, October 4th. We invite you to join us!

This summer we worked with Hamerink Dental to photograph their office, take professional headshots of the employees, and snap some professional (and fun!) group photos. The staff includes Dr. Howard Hamerink, Dr. John Hamerink, two dental hygienists, two dental assistants, and a business administrator. Hamerink Dental is located in Downtown Plymouth, MI.

We worked with Dr. Sisk of the Wellness Center of Plymouth and Pain Solutions of Plymouth to create videos that highlight their use of innovative technology and human touch to treat their patients. Each of these videos hones in on a different kind of treatments offered, all of which are non-medicinal. We know it sounds too good to be true, but you will have to find out for yourself! Their services include pulse electromagnetic field therapy, laser therapy, chiropractic care, massage and detoxification, pain relief, nutrition help, and weight loss. Another shock? It’s all pain-free! How can that be? Don’t ask us. Check out the Wellness Center of Plymouth for yourself!
Benchmark Management asked us to shoot the Park Forest Apartments on Warren Road in Dearborn Heights, MI. We took some shots of the inside of the club house (we are gushing!), as well as the pool area and some exterior shots of the complex. The interior of the club house is amazing: entirely wood floors, marbled kitchen counters, a stone fireplace, and an open floor plan. It’s an apartment renter’s dream to have a nice clubhouse and pool for entertaining guests!

We stopped by The Union at Dearborn for a Google Business Tour. The Union at Dearborn is an apartment complex in close proximity to the University of Michigan-Dearborn and Henry Ford Community College, which makes it a popular place for college students to reside. The Union offers a variety of amenities, including a 24-hour fitness center, a 24-hour marketplace, a sand volleyball court, night patrol, and laundry facilities. They also offer a wide variety of floor plans. A GBV Tour is a fantastic tool for showing potential residents what The Union and it’s amenities are like without ever stepping foot on the property. People can virtually explore the grounds of The Union to see if it’d be a good fit for them. Check out the tour below or Google The Union at Dearborn!
In addition to the Google tour we made an overlay for their tour which adds the functionality of a text menu and hotspots. When you click on the hotspots, in this tour a small text popup with more information will appear. You can also add photo or video to hotspots. Here’s the tour with the overlay below.
