Blanche Street – Real Estate Photography – Flat Rock, Michigan

We took a trip to a Flat Rock home on Blanche Street for a Real Estate Shoot. It was a beautiful colonial with a two car garage, four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and just over 1,800 square feet. The inside of the house has a statement wall made of stone with a round entry way that gives the space an aged feel; it’s a unique feature for a home, but we absolutely love it! The main floor has all wood floors, and the carpeted stairs lead the way to the second floor, which is also carpeted. Behind the house is a large yard and no neighbors from the back. Let’s take a tour!

Addison Avenue – Real Estate Photography – Canton, Michigan

We visited a ranch on Addison Avenue in Canton for a real estate shoot for Realtor, Jerry Cislo. This home has three bedrooms,1.5 baths, and just over 1,300 square feet. The home has a natural stone fireplace, white kitchen cabinetry, and a finished basement. It is move in ready! The ranch sits on the corner of a street, so the yard is mostly on the side of the lot. There is a two car detached garage and a sun room, as well. Now it only needs some love! Let’s take a tour:

Preserve Circle West Slideshow Real Estate Video – Canton, Michigan

I had the opportunity to photograph this beautiful condo in South Canton for Jason Borregard from Clients First Realtors and used the shots to put together this informative slideshow video. The exterior of the condo is a combination of brick and stone, giving it a home-y, welcoming vibe. As soon as you walk in, you’re met with grand ceilings and natural light from the large window above the front door. The kitchen has been updated with modern stainless appliances and dark mahogany cabinetry. This condo has two bedrooms (one of which has a fireplace!), two bathrooms, two half bathrooms (the dream!), and a finished basement! Don’t just read about it, though. Sharer Design Group focuses on transforming kitchens and bathrooms into spaces their clients will love. They remodeled a kitchen in a Livonia home and we were happy to capture the finished product! Let’s check it out.

From this angle, you can see the many details of the kitchen: stainless steel fridge, wood floors, dark counter top contrasting with white cabinetry, and white tile back splash.

Here’s a look at the other side of the kitchen. The stove fits with the stainless steel theme.

The double shelves are a nice touch to the remodeled kitchen.

We worked with Sharer Design Group to capture their remodeling magic in this Plymouth home. They transformed the kitchen to create this modern, fresh space for the family to hang out, cook, and eat. We love the cool blues paired with the whites and grays. Let’s take a look!

Whether you’re going to a sporting event, an outdoor concert venue, or other fun outdoor activities, The Chair-iot makes everything easier. The carrier is on wheels, making it much easier to transport on grass, dirt, gravel – you name it! The vinyl on the carrier is weather resistant to protect everything inside. There are also two drink holders for your convenience, and a small storage pocket for your valuables. We took some shots of the carrier, chair, and the many items that can fit inside!
